After you place your order and enter your Roblox username, your items will be sent directly to your in-game mailbox within 3 minutes. No friend requests or trading needed — just check your mailbox in the game and the items will be there.
How long does delivery take?
Most orders are delivered to your mailbox within 3 minutes of payment. During busy periods it may take slightly longer. If your order hasn't arrived within 30 minutes, contact us on Discord with your order ID.
Is it safe to buy here?

What if I enter the wrong Roblox username?
Contact us immediately on Discord with your order ID before delivery is sent. Once items have been sent to a mailbox we cannot recover them, so please double-check your username before placing your order.
Do you offer refunds?
We offer refunds if your order hasn't been delivered within 24 hours and we cannot fulfil it. Once items have been delivered to your mailbox, refunds are not available as digital goods cannot be returned.
My items haven't arrived, what do I do?
Join our Discord and open a support ticket with your order ID. We'll look into it and resolve it as quickly as possible. Make sure to check your in-game mailbox first — items may already be there.
